Our ocean front property is a 2 story condo and has a great layout for big groups! We also rent out the units separate if you have a smaller group or if it's a romantic getaway. Each unit has a full kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils. There is a TV and DVD player in both units. We have 3 bedrooms in the top unit that sleeps 8 (1 king, 2 queen, 2 single beds). There are 2 queen beds in the bottom unit and the bedroom has a divider wall. There are full bathrooms in each unit and an outdoor shower as well. The top unit walks out to a 28 foot sun deck with a table and huge umbrella. The bottom unit walks out to a shade deck with hammocks for all! Also just steps away is our Tiki Hut. The tiki hut is set on our perfect white sandy beach.
